I have no clue what I am doing?

 No client is too small.  Actually one of Jasa's core strengths is working with new importers.  We help you navigate through the shady forwarders,  confusing factory communications, government regulations, pricing and warehousing/distribution.  We also will teach you the logistics language called "acronym".   Logistics is not rocket science but it's confusing and stressful at times.   A sense of humor is highly recommended.

I am a rock star logistics professional.  why do I need jasa?

Maybe you don't but we all tend to get set in our ways or we just get too busy to review our logistics program.  A fresh set of eyes can often see what we ourselves may not.  At times a logistics manager knows exactly what is needed to improve his/her program but they cannot get the green light from management.  An unbiased opinion from a third party with no agenda can help at times.

what is your typical client?

Jasa's wheelhouse are small and mid-size clients.  Importers/exporters/inventors-entrepreneurs.

is jasa a freight forwarder/customs broker.

No.  We offer consultations and project management.      That said, the Jasa Group has worked with the best service providers in the industry and can recommend a partner(s) for your needs.  Jasa does not get compensation, sports tickets, private jets, ambassadorships etc. for partnering up our clients with our recommended service providers.  Our job is to offer our knowledge and industry contacts to our clients.  If any client is happy with their current provider, we respect that.

how long will I need you?

That is up to you.  There is no minimum or maximum number of hours.  Of course project work would need to be arranged but it's up to you.

 

is everything on line?

Again, that is up to you.  Many times on site meetings are the best way to go but if you are a newbie and just need guidance on-line and phone will work just fine.  Video conferencing is available.

What if I need jasa for an emergency freight situation?

What kind of emergency could there possibly be in freight?  A lot.  Jasa is available 24/7.  The phone is always answered or calls are returned within 15 minutes.

What if jasa cant help us?

No one is everything to all parties.  There may be times when we are just not the right fit for a client or visa versa.  We don't take on clients that are beyond our scope but we can provide another source that may be better suited to a clients needs.
